How do I place an order?

Once you have found the item you want, select the size you want and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on “Add to Cart”. All selected items are automatically saved in the shopping cart until the order is completed.
If you would like to complete the order, click on "checkout" in your shopping cart. Now follow our shop system instructions, which will guide you step by step
guide you through our ordering and payment process. After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email in which the items you have successfully ordered are listed.

How do I know if my order was successful?

After submitting your order, you will receive your order confirmation by email listing the products you selected.

Why was my order not accepted or canceled?

How do I know what size I need?

In each product description you will find the model's body measurements in the picture. This can help you choose the right size. We would be happy to help you choose your size! My size is sold out. When will my size be available again?

You can register with your email address on the page of the respective item and will be notified directly as soon as your size is available again.

Is there a restock of sold out items?

Unfortunately, we cannot give a general answer to this as many different factors play a role. However, we do our best to reproduce our classics and bestsellers in a short time. We keep you up to date on new products and inventory restocks via our social media platforms and our newsletter. We therefore recommend that you register for our newsletter to always be up-to-date.

How do I send my return?

Please follow the instructions in our returns portal . The costs of the return are borne by the customer himself, unless we expressly point out free shipping for orders over a certain order value. As long as your return is in its original condition and you are still within the 30 day period, you can send your ordered goods back to us.

As soon as we receive your package, it will go through a product inspection. If everything is ok, we will refund your money. On our website at You can find further information about returns.

What are the return conditions?

Returns must be returned within 30 days and in perfect, original retail condition, unworn. The labels must not be damaged.

Did your item arrive damaged?

We are sorry if your item arrived damaged. You can register a free return via our returns portal . State the reason “Defective item” and include pictures of the damaged area. We will check this on a case-by-case basis and, if requested, we will exchange your order or refund you the money.

How long does my refund take?

Depending on the payment service provider, a refund of the purchase amount can take up to 14 days. The amount will be refunded directly to the account with the selected payment service provider (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

Where is my package?

We will inform you about the expected delivery time by email. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

As a rule, we ship on the same day, but at most after 1-2 working days. However, if it takes longer, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What shipping options are there?

We offer standard shipping with a delivery time of 1-3 working days. Standard shipping at Spoilt Society is free for a minimum order value of €99 within Germany. Otherwise the shipping fee is €5.95 within Germany. We will inform you about the estimated delivery time in your shipping confirmation email. What happens to my package if I'm not at home?

You can use your tracking number to see whether your package was dropped off at a neighbor's house or whether it was dropped off at a branch.

Can I change the delivery location or shipping date?

Yes, that is possible. Our shipping partner DHL always sends you a package notification by email. You can use this to change your desired delivery location, your parcel business or your delivery date.

I haven't received a shipping confirmation?

It may take up to 48 hours for your package to be ready for shipment. If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 48 hours, please contact us by email at

Do delivery and returns cost anything?

Our delivery is free of charge with a minimum order value of €99. Otherwise the shipping costs are €5.95 within Germany. You don't live in Germany? You can find the delivery costs abroad here. Returns are free of charge within Germany.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer all common payment methods: credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, Shop-Pay, Paypal on account, Klarna on account and instant transfer.

How do I use a discount code?

In the checkout area you can enter your discount code under “Discount code” and receive your discount.

Can I combine multiple discount codes?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. You can only use one discount or voucher code per order.
